DJ Service

We offer a highly trained and experienced DJ staff to engage your guests in an evening of memorable entertainment with premium sound equipment and nightclub-style lighting effects. You can hear the investment we’ve made in this equipment! DJ’s are the master of ceremonies and will tailor your event to special themes, family and friends. – $550

Live Entertainment

The Shiloh has many resources for singers, musicians, comedy and magic shows, Monte Carlo programs, dance lessons and organization, and mystery theater events. We can even arrange special holiday guests to pay a visit.

Security Service

If alcohol is served and/or your event has 250 guests or more we require security service. Service begins half an hour before your event and concludes half an hour following. — $155

Additional Per Hour — $35

Cake Cutting Service

If your cake is purchased through The Shiloh, cutting, serving, packaging, disposable plates, forks and napkins are included. If your cake is from another source, our service includes cutting, serving and packaging any leftovers you may have. — $45

Cake Plates & Forks — $0.25 Per Person

Digital Overhead Projector

Bring memories and life to any party on our huge overhead projection system. Two-hour maximum rental — $150

Custom Decorating & Planning Services

Our staff of experienced and talented coordinators is here to help with any special needs that may arise. Any services outside the scope outlined herein will be billed at an hourly rate of $45.

Vendor Facilitation

Approved third-party vendors are welcome to participate in the coordination of your event. Our staff will work closely with these preferred vendors and mutually work for the success of your event. This will include providing freezer or cooler accommodations, table and/or chairs, decorating and cleanup of tables or area. — $25 Per Vendor

Uplighting Effects

Create astounding visual effects with LED uplighting for your most memorable event. An unlimited number of color sequences are available to coordinate with your special theme. Ask your coordinator about incorporating into your special event and pricing.

We have designed these packages to incorporate and maintain a professional ambiance with a personalized touch for almost any themed or social event. These packages provide everything needed for the perfect reception or social event while remaining very affordable!
