Decorating for a special event can be fun and rewarding, but very time consuming as well. We have designed these packages to incorporate and maintain a professional ambiance with a personalized touch for almost any themed or social event. These packages provide everything needed for the perfect reception or social event while remaining very affordable! Depending on the decoration package chosen, each package may include all or some of the following items.

For your convenience and the necessity to maintain a professional and pleasant experience for you and your guests, all events are required to participate in a decoration package for which the banquet is intended.

Al la Carte Decorations & Equipment

Items may be rented in addition to a specific Decoration Package. Ask your coordinator for details. No items below may be substituted for items within the packages.

*Seasonal decorating occurs between November 25th and January 15th. All decorating during this time is holiday-neutral (garland, lights, trees) and will remain displayed during this period. If you have religious concerns or do not celebrate the holidays, please understand these props will not be temporarily removed for your event.

**Ask your coordinator about the many options available for table centerpiece arrangements. We have many components on hand, however, in some cases there are up-charges to arrangements that may require components we don't own or require additional time to assemble

***Includes birthday parties, fundraisers, retirement parties, reunions, etc.. Decorating will be quoted based on individual needs and budgets.

We work closely with All Occasions in Fort Wayne and there is no vision or theme that cannot be accomplished!
