Hall Rental

Hall rental includes table and chair setup, teardown and cleanup. If you choose to offer alcoholic beverages, hall rental includes bartender service. Each banquet wing at The Shiloh is licensed up to 450 seated guests, however, we may limit capacity based on the event requested at our discretion. In the event your anticipated guest count exceeds each wing’s capacity, we have the ability to adjoin both rooms to accommodate up to 900 guests seated. Please contact management for a quotation if both wings are required.

One-half of the hall rental fees are waived with food and non-alcoholic beverage purchase of $3,800 or more, excluding appetizers and tiered or decorated cakes, for Friday and Saturday events; excluding holidays. One-half of the hall rental fees are waived on Sunday with food and non-alcoholic beverage purchases exceeding $2,000 and weekday events with purchases exceeding $800; excluding holidays.

The deposit amount is $750 for any Friday or Saturday event and $500 for any Sunday or weekday event.

Minimum purchase for Friday and Saturday events held between April 1st and December 31st is $1,650 in main entrée purchases.

Annalynn Garden

Rental of Annalynn Gardens is separate from that of The Shiloh. Rental of the garden requires an additional fee and incorporates a different schedule of terms and conditions. When the reservation deposit or garden rental fee is paid a schedule of terms and conditions for the garden will be provided.

If the garden is used without prior consent and the appropriate rental fee paid, the party financially responsible for the main event at The Shiloh will be billed for use of the garden at regular retail pricing. This will include unauthorized use by the responsible party’s guests, and any damage or disruption to the property that is determined to be caused by them as well.
